Wing Zrt. has announced a two-round invitation to tender for the development of rental office to be built in two phases. The construction area was a 1-hectare undeveloped property on the corner of Könyves Kálmán Boulevard and Albert Flórián street, next to the Telekom Headquarters. The building had to be an element which evokes the feeling of openness and dynamism, harmoniously fitting into its surroundings and also forms a unit with Telekom Headquarters in terms of urban architecture.
