The concept of urban architecture is to restore Istvánmező, which is merely hidden in the name Istvánmezei street and to preserve it for the long term as the unity of the historically and identically important area of the city. The structure of the city is given, but it needs to be reinterpreted. The new stadium provides an opportunity for it, due to its size and importance, completely rearranges the balance of the power.
