The “Great Exhibition Hall” project, i.e. the building complex hosting the art exhibitions related to the events of “EKF 2010 Pécs” and the Modern Hungarian Gallery, will be located on Káptalan Street in one of the most precious historical places in the center of Pécs. The historical character of the site is very strong: it is located in the north-western quarter of the historic core within the city walls, next to the Duomo, and operates as a “museum district”.
