National Skating Center

The installation situation is the most complicated, the freestanding villas on Thököly street and Stefánia street are in conflict with the huge BOK sports halls. It is difficult to manage the scale change between the residential houses on Thököly street and the Puskás Stadium if one large mass appears. The future building complex of the NKK can be divided into three main elements, the gradual transition can be created with the buildings of different sizes, the missing balance can be developped, the adjacent built environment will not be damaged, and the values of the architectural heritage can be more protected.
