In the installation concept, we tried to formulate the building that satisfies the needs of FMH as an independent element. Therefore, above the fully built-in basement level - in compliance with the regulations - separately built blocks appear above the ground, the smaller and the more compact block of FMH, the narrower and the higher block includes the residential house.
On the side of Fehérvári út, a canopy with a 1.5-meter protrusion connects the two blocks, which also runs between the two blocks making their relation stronger. There is a smaller cantilever above the ground floor on the rear and sides of the FMH block, which provide the space needed for the plants.
